I was set up for an at home sleep test - very easy process and so glad I could sleep in my own bed. This resulted in me needing to purchase a machine. Jess was lovely to deal with and took time in letting me try a couple of different masks. Gayle was very knowledgeable and was also able to assist my husband with adjusting his older machine.

Have just collected my Travel CPAP today, I was able to conduct all aspects of the negotiation via the support team email. I was then able to collect from the store or if I had required have them ship it to me. They honoured the 5% price difference offer as I had found a cheaper machine on a competitors website.
Toowoomba and Chermside stores and staff have always been helpful and knowledgeable either by phone or in person. This was my first time using the support team and whilst my questions and negotiations were handled via various people it was seamlessly done. If I had a single criticism it would be that once I had started dialogue with a support team member I was unable to build a rapport with that team member.

I had Amanda serve me on both occasions when I first attended to hire a machine and then to purchase one. Each time she provided excellent customer service. She explained the equipment and how to operate and care for it and was only to happy to answer any questions that I had and to send through the data to my specialist.

I was at first a little hesitant dealing with an on line supplier but I've got to say those concerns were unfounded and the service from all those I've had contact with at CPAP Direct has been excellent, from the time I placed my order to the tracking of the machine and mask in the mail, to the delivery and the after sales support - everything has been excellent. Went into store, asked for new cpap mask plus spare nose covet, they especially surprised me, with the fantastic idea of a receipt via email. Very happy with this as receipts to mobile I can never find. Well done cpap direct! Super great service and super comfy mask set.
