WoW what a fantastic experience, I was treated with utmost respect, not to mention great product knowledge from Jeff, and a fantastic price, without me having to ask, 6 x Airtouch F20 Masks with Head Strap all for $ 169.00 WoW!!!

Also Jeff was out of stock for 3 x Masks, which were delivered the next day free post.

This review is for an online transaction, but I felt compelled to mention the excellent service and support I got from Jeff throughout my sales cycle. He was very helpful as he answered all my questions and guiding advise on a mask suitable for me. He was transparent that there would be potential delay in the order due to supply (about 10 days) and followed up on a public holiday to ensure that my order had been despatched. Can't really get much better than that. To all those thinking they need to actually go instore, think again. Speak to Jeff - he will get you sorted. Highly recommend. Thanks again.

I've had problems with the mask and the water chamber. I had to purchase a new water chamber,which cost me $140. I wasn't that happy with Mick the sales rep. He first told me he would have to order a new water chamber in or I could go elsewhere and get one, but a miracle happened. He found one hidden away,which took him 15-20 minutes to find. He then told me he would email the docket for the warranty on the water chamber.Guess what! I haven't heard from him. I didn't feel very welcome there.Not a good experience.

Customer service needs an upgrade. The guy that served me showed me how to use the machine but lacked in other aspects.

I hadn't had a sleep analysis just told by partner that I stop breathing so I went to this store to find out more and to possibly but something. I had no idea what questions to ask, and all he asked was what type of mask do I want. Of course I said the least invasive and he got me to try on a nasal pillow mask, no other options offered. He asked how did it feel, well as good as a silicone mask up the nose feels I guess. He didn't ask if I was a mouth breather so this mask did not end up being suitable.

He didn't say they had a returns policy at all so I'm not sure if they do but most probably not for the mask anyway.

He seemed like he didn't know much about the products at all, was not very confident or he was very new in the job. He didn't explain that masks are interchangeable with different types of pillows or that other brand masks are compatible with other brands, he didn't explain at all about maintenance.

He was pretty useless with the other customers before me also.

Range of products was good however.

I'm experiencing great difficulty with completing a mask exchange. It appears the chats person is the customer service officer, administration, salesman, you name it!! It has taken me almost 30 days for the company to complete a mask exchange. It diesn't take a genius to understand the difference between large and small.

Needed a replacement power source for my Resmed Airsense 10 and eventually found CPAP depot. The customer service was first rate, fast, efficient and very helpful. shipping was very fast and i got my CPAP machine working again. Replacement parts are original and not cheap alternatives. Very happy with the service and experience. I'll be using them again.
