My wife badly sprained her angle and we had to be taken to ED. The staff were very friendly and caring. Hospital staff get a bad wrap because some people are too precious and expect to be treated like royalty. Doctors and nurses will be abrupt to you if you are demanding and rude. Staff are good people and sometimes are under pressure. Treat them kindly and you will be looked after. 100/100 Cowra Hospital Staff.

Cant even put into words the distressing and abhorrent care (lack of care) we received in the ED for our young daughter with a rare genetic disease. I think my daughter summed it up well "we should have gone to the vet". I know there are good doctors and nurses there but they werent there this night. Frightening to think where our health system is now at.

Terrible. The triage nurse was completely dismissive of my condition and wouldn’t treat me despite the potential for it to become life threatening. Sent me away even though the emergency room was empty and told me to come back tomorrow if my condition worsened overnight.

The staff are all very caring. Can’t fault them from icu, high care bed to general ward. This is from cooks to doctors. All lovely people.

Have visited Cowra Hospital several times as I'm a local. I went in today and with chest pains. The nurses were ok but the Doctor was rude, abrupt and wouldn't let me speak. Every time she asked a question and I tried to give an answer she would cut me off. She not only cut me off but told me I being angry and rude
My honest opinion is I'd be very selective whom you let look after you After all tha I asked how much longer I'd be waiting and she said to me I am going into to see another patient but still hasn't given me results on my Exray which she have gotten the results for about 2 hours ago.
I'm still sitting here waiting.

I have never left a bad review on google before but my god I have never come across such an unprofessional hospital. The nurses, especially one in particular were so incredibly rude, very stand-offish, and seemed to have no care for patients at all. I don’t even know why you would go into healthcare if you seem to have no empathy towards your patients? Really disgusted as a healthcare worker myself to experience this.

If I could rate Cowra hospital zero stars I would. Absolutely pathetic. Our son was kicked in the chest by a cow (he worked at Moxey) the hospital turned us away, TWICE!
My Dr wanted me up their yesterday as I've had alot of pressure in my head, high temp and high blood pressure and nothing will bring it down or get rid of the headaches. (Im covid free). I waited 1.5hrs after being triaged and still no one seen me, even after telling them I've had a TIA (which isn't thanks in advance) it's a mini stroke. They still didn't see me. I ended up leaving and still have no relief from my symptoms. Oh the lady nurse did say my blood pressure was normal but it wasn't it was high. Better off going to the local vet!
