I had a walk in appointment, waited for may be just half an hour. Dr Malek was friendly and warm and thorough. Even though it was a walk in appointment, I was looked after well. Since moving to West, I had not found my permanent gp , I am glad that I have found Covenant Medical. Great ambience and wonderful Dr. Malek. Thank you Covenant Medical.

Had an excellent experience, I was greeted with a warm welcome from the ladies at reception, a prompt appointment from Dr Dylan, the consultation itself was relieving, I felt and seen I was been listened to and understood my needs. I felt looked after and taken care of from the practice. I would recommend covenant medical to all.

The Dr I saw (Dr Malek) was very friendly and helpful. The reception staff are pleasant. There was a little bit of a wait but once you understand the appointment system it makes sense. This was the first time I attended this medical centre and it was a good experience overall. Dr Malek did not rush me (or any other patient) so you don't feel like you are on a time limit like other medical centres. The waiting room is
small but nice. Overall, would recommend.

I have been a patient of Dr Malek for a couple of years now. He is very thorough with a kind, caring nature and has always prioritised my health. Finding Dr Malek has been beyond a blessing for myself and my family. He is quite literally the definition of a perfect doctor.
His honesty, compassion and kindness is why we will continue to see him. We were fortunate to meet Dr Malek on the Central Coast where we live. Now that he has his incredible practice in Mt Druitt , we have followed him there too. He could move countries and we would still follow him, that’s how wonderful he truly is.!
If you are looking for a doctor whom ACTUALLY cares for his patients, listens to you, is incredibly thorough, then this is your guy.
