Courtney is an amazing naturopath - she is knowledgeable about everything gut related whilst genuinely caring about your healing journey along the way. Courtney has been assisting me for about 2 weeks with my Fatigue that I have been battle for around 10 years. Within a few days I started to feel better, a lot less fatigue being able to function like a normal person again. I have also had issues with brain fog and memory, this has also improved dramatically. I have worked with naturopaths previously and haven’t had much success, however so far I am having a huge success. If you’re looking for a naturopath, or if you just want to feel better, look no further. Courtney will sort you out. I had chronic issues with my gut, and after a short 6 week gut reset, my gut health feels the best it’s been since I was a teenager. Say goodbye to bloat, ache, gas, and intolerances. I would (and have) recommended Courtney to everyone I know! Through my teenage years I never experienced acne and so in my late 20’s I couldn’t work out why my skin was so awful all of a sudden. I tried every skin care product, and nothing helped, after much contemplating I booked in with Courtney. After 4 weeks my skin was almost completely clear. I quickly learnt it doesn’t matter how many external products you use if you haven’t fixed the internal aspect first. Since then, I joined Court’s 6 week gut commitment to help with my bloating (and a range of other issues I used to see as minor). After 6 weeks of committing to healing my gut I have never felt better. I can now comfortably eat most foods without any irritation, bloating & pain. I understand my body, I’ve learnt so much.
