Country Care have been amazing. Always helpful. Easy communication and incredibly prompt service. They sorted out an issue that we were having with our plan manager with ease. I would recommend them to anyone, especially Madeleine and Peter.

went in for compression stockings, Cody's knowledge was very impressive! Other staff where also very busy but still helped me and fixed my walker brakes for free while i was there!

I went 2 country care with my worker found everything I need under 1 roof, disability parking,wheelchair access nice big store plenty of stock 2 choose from. After purchasing a item frm store it had parts falling off I wouldn't recommend this store go out 2 South Nowra as this store won't take any responsibility 4 faulty goods ,don't buy frm this store 4 Ure disability needs. I bought a walker $850 it had parts falling off,& wobbly,I took it bck 2 store sorry it's wear & tear,we can't do anything. Never went bck again

Not always great with customer service. Have been known not to contact you when your ordered goods arrive. Not all staff have a good knowledge of their products. It's a convoluted system using your NDIS budget to pay for aporoved goods. My funding managing agency hate working with them as they have to do extra work from their end with back and forth emails to say the client has enough funding to pay. You cant just show Independent Living what you have via your portal. ine good thing is they have expanded their floor space to expand the stock they hold. They need to get in more of the popular items, such as J-cushions etc.

When I needed these people to rent a wheelchair they were totally obstructive. We travelled from a great distance 3 times only to arrive at the shop and find that they had given the chair we had booked to someone else. Never again! We ended up having to rent from a chemist in Wollongong.

Is relatively small shop but has a good stock of most needed. Easy to order in and give excellent advice on related issues.
