Joke company.. takes weeks to get an invoice... don't deliver when they say they will... Don't answer their phone, head office also cant get through to them. Manager also isn't available to speak with

Now to add more to this review I would go to 0 star if possible, 6 weeks waiting now for a bath seat, 5 months and only just got the design for a wheelchair, however they were paid $15000 months ago (yes 15 thousand) and have delivered nothing.

I have shopped at Country Care Mildura a few times now. The staff are always very helpful. I am 84 Yrs old and not in good health, but Country care has steered me in the right direction to obtain financial help for goods and services. The shop is fully equiped with everything and anything that you would need for a better easier life, especially if you are disabled or frail. I highly recommend this store.

3 times I've contacted the mildura store to stop taking a hire fee for a product I no longer have. You are leaving my account in arrears because of your draw down. What does it take. Talk ro Scott. He took the item back to the store.

Had a recent need for some specialty equipment for my mother who that day been discharged from the hospital. They were very un helpful ,had no empathy, I made multiple trips to their store to be turned away because their system would not accept my comm bank keycard , or credit card both which had excess funds than they required. Un fortunately, there are not many other options . I was lucky and a friend helped out . But I DO NOT Recomend them unless no other option .

Awesome staff, care equipment and assistance items, and also very good prices. Thank you Country Care for supplying care equipment, we only realise the value of this service when we need them but it should not be so. Highly recommend people to visit country care even if you don't the care equipment, it will be good to have awareness of what is available.

Following a recent hospitalisation, the best thing I did to aid my recovery was to buy a Premium Padded Shower Stool. Makes showering so much easier while I am having issues that prevent me from standing for any length of time. The stool is sturdy and adjustable and has a high weight rating.
The staff were excellent to deal with both over the phone and in person in shop. I would shop here again if necessary. I highly recommend this business.

I would like to thank the Country Care team in Mildura for delivering and supplying me with equipment for my resent holiday in Mildura. Without the frame, toilet raiser and shower chair you delivered, I would not have been able to travel with family and enjoy a lovely week in your great town. I had surgery 3 week prior to travelling to Mildura and I could not have gone if your service hadn't been available. The cost was excellent and having delivery and pickup service made life a lot easier, as we would never have fitted the equipment in my Dads car. Thanks again, Coral

Received an Invoice (M130151) for $1600 for supply of goods that were never received. Followed up with phone call and after apologies was assured that account would be credited. After more statements for $1600, phone calls and my written complaint, once again apologies and assurances that the account would be credited. Now I once again receive a statement for $1600 for goods never supplied.
It begs the question, how many people would simply pay the account.
