good at selling but not helpful when there is issues. product purchased still under warranty but staff explanation is no longer sell that product and does not assist in providing a solution

I went with my NDIS client to Qld Rehab. The service in store was poor. The delivery of product took several months, when my client could not sleep on the bed provided, it took months before someone came out. Since then it has been excuse after excuse as to why the bed can’t be replaced. If a person gets a disability aid that costs thousands and is unable to use it, you would think that the customer would come first. Not with Qld Rehab. You wouldn’t wast taxpayer funds on a car that you can’t use. Nor should NDIS funds be spent on a bed that you can’t sleep on. The only people who benefit are those that profit from the sale, Qld Rehab. I have bought better quality, fit for purpose disability aids for my elderly father , for less money, elsewhere. With better service in store and better delivery.

Their poor processes match their apparent lack of care for their disabled and disadvantaged customers.
Would prefer to give 0 stars.
I can only imagine they're living the high life on profits from our taxes.
