Absolutely disgusting We have been customers for years and they are so money hungry lately, they don't care less. They supply inadequate equipment that can't be fixed when broken down.
They supply unroadworthy mobility scooters to disabled ppl that can't fend for themselves, my husband left sitting in the heat on the side of the road on weekend with a flat bald tyre that cost us $200 to get towed home. Then cut us off when confronted about it of course I'm angry. Get back to supplying customer service and have some responsibility and compassion for your customers.

Very bad management in accounts dept...requested invoice so I could pay account ..supplied my email address 3 times ..the contact page is not checked as first request was done there within 15hrs of completion of work. No reply .
Rang requesting invoice ..
no invoice ..month later received call from accounts requesting payment...Please send a invoice to this email address..no email...2 weeks later received phone call from Male staff re payment...He was advise of attempts to pay but I had no invoice... He asked if he could send to email address he had which was correct ..received it and paid the account straight away
And advised staff member of payment
Now another lady gets of bike not beleiving that is paid two weeks ago .she was advised person name who was payment made today..

I recently bought from you, a Peak Carbon fibre rollator and am delighted with my purchase. I have just returned from a week long Bravo Cruise (cruise of the performing arts) on board the Royal Caribbean Radiance of the Seas and found my rollator very useful and easy to use on board ship. It drew a lot of attention from other passengers too, many of whom stopped to find out more about my appliance and I was happy to demonstrate how light and agile it was.
I think you (or other distributors) will be getting quite a few new orders! It would certainly be a very good place to showcase this product in the future as the majority of passengers were of an age where they may need to consider mobility help in the foreseeable future – some asked about it for the parents too!.

This lightweight rollator has been very good for me and I will continue to recommend it to anyone interested.
