Today, the ladies at CCG Bundaberg, made my day. They assisted me with a wheelchair armrest problem, going above and beyond and thinking outside the box.

The type of wheelchair was no longer part of their stock and parts difficult to get from an interstate supplier, without even a phone number to call direct.

Regardless, thinking caps were applied, and we found the solution.

Not very happy they are expensive as all these services are but my husbands wheelchair had a bracket break even though it was only 9mths old the manufacturer said it was not covered by warranty so when the part came in I took the chair in, it was showering and the chair is electric so cannot be out in the rain I asked for it to be delivered as I couldn’t put it in the car as I have both hands in braces, they want to charge to bring a whole 5km, whatever happened to customer service, they have made plenty of profit on the equipment my husband has needed and now I’ll sure be looking elsewhere.

Fantastic customer service! My wife and I can't recommend them highly enough. They were so helpful with my wife's elderly mother and went the extra mile (plus some). She is very happy with her recliner, and was amazed by the speedy delivery.

Absolutely appalling. Since the new owners took over, they threw out my sons charger for his electric chair, and had my son manual wheel chair for over 5 months waiting for parts that was never ordered, and I go pick it up after waiting another 6 weeks, for the part, to find out they never ordered the cushion that was order either. Needles to say I will never be going there ever again,

Thank you lovely people. From the minute I contacted the Mobility Centre via phone I knew I was in good hands. Nothing was a bother to them and the chair I ordered before Xmas arrived early January and they dismantled it, so I could get it into my car (even though it was late Friday afternoon and I'm sure they wanted to just get home).

Bundaburge mobility you guys are so with it .the way you go out of your way to help and make disablity people feel is out of this world im 65 and you made me feel like someone cared id recomend you to anyone thanks to peter and his boss (cant remember name) ill now be able to get some kind of independance again i cant thank you enough
