Horrible service the lady at reception was very rude. They cancelled my appointment yesterday because the doctor was sick and then I arrived a few minutes late today and they refused to see me. Not the kind of friendly service you expect on the Sunshine Coast. Offered to wait around and fit in between appointments but again “NOPE” was the answer. No pleasantries, no customer service. You’re a number.

I have been a patient of Cotton Tree Plaza Medical Centre for around 5 years. In that time I have found the front reception ladies to be very helpful and compassionate. My new doctor Leigh is very professional and kind. He takes his time with you and makes sure he addresses all of your concerns, even if you've gone over your time. Dr Peter Beresford-Jones is a great Dr for me as he is pragmatic, plain speaking and empathetic. He takes time to understand where you are at in your life as a whole and tailors his medical advice accordingly be it exercise, diet or medicine. I don’t need to see him often but when I do it is always a good experience.

I see Dr Herbert at Cotton Tree Plaza Medical Centre, you could not wish for a more understanding, kind, caring and thorough GP.
He is a great communicator as well.

Very minimal wait time. Dr Jade is one of the best doctors I have found and I will be sticking with her. She thoroughly explains everything and does not feel like she is rushing you. Highly recommend especially for women. I have seen her several times now over the last few months and she is the same every time. I have full confidence in Dr Jade.
