I arrived a few minutes early, but the staff accommodated me and let me in for my session. My laser session was pretty quick and went smoothly. Glad to have found their clinic here, very safe and affordable. Looking forward to more sessions with them 🙂

In total I have been to this place four times. First time was ‘fine’ no major complaints. Second time my booking was rescheduled without my knowledge. Causing me to not show up to the appointment and receive a not so nice phone call. The third time I received a text asking to rearrange my time as they had double booked me, the next availability I had was 2 weeks away however I accepted. My final time was today, I booked in a week in advance. My booking was changed from 7.30pm to 5pm without my knowledge again. I called the service number who told me to attend at 5pm. I show up at 5pm and get told by the nurse that she didn’t have time for me and to reschedule. I call the service line again and book for 7pm that same evening. I show at 7pm to find the doors locked and lights off even tho they don’t close till 8pm. Will not be reattending.

I have visited the Joondalup clinic twice for lip fillers and am extremely happy! I was slightly nervous as they are cheaper than other clinics I looked into, but don’t let that stop you! Very professional, clean and informative on the procedures you are having done - would 100% recommend!

I am beyond frustrated with the service I received. They canceled on me THREE times despite my repeated follow-ups. Each time, I was met with poor communication and unprofessionalism. My case was completely mishandled, and I feel my time was completely disrespected. While their service is cheap, it certainly doesn’t make up for the lack of care. I would not recommend this company at all!! They don’t respond to your emails
Just to be clear, I couldn’t get my follow up and I lost my money and time !!

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!! DO NOT GET YOUR SERVICES DONE BY THIS COMPANY!! CONSUMER BE AWARE!
It has been almost 2 months since I raised my complaint to their compliance team (you can only reach them via email FYI) and I am yet to receive any response, even just a simple confirmation reply. At my 2 week follow up, I showed the nurse here my poorly injected lip filler from a new nurse at the Subiaco clinic- she took photos as evidence and confirmed to me they were injected incorrectly and she forwarded the photos and raided the concern with the compliance team on my behalf. She advised it’ll take around 48 hours to receive a reply. 2 weeks go by and nothing- this was on 23 October 2024. I call their only number which is the reservations team and explain my situation. I am then told they have my complaint and photos from the nurse and someone will contact me that week. This was the first week of November. Nothing. I send my follow up email advising again my situation. No reply. Since the beginning of November I have been calling every week as I’m told I’ll be called during the week with no call back at all, demanding to speak to a supervisor or manager only to be told they don’t have one/and or their manager is in a meeting and they don’t know when they will be available OR the manager has been advised and will call me that day. It is now mid December and no one has still contacted me to rectify this I corrected and botched procedure. I cannot believe the disgusting and negligent behaviour of such a big company. Please PLEASE PLEASE if you do not wish to go through this absolutely unacceptable treatment and being ignored after their service does not meet their guidelines and promise, save yourself the energy and heartache trying to get a simple acknowledgement or response from this pathetic excuse of a company. I urge you to stay clear because clearly it something goes wrong, they do not take care of you or assist you with rectifying their wrong doings.
I’ll be sharing this all over social media and also am now in the process of the formal complaint with consumer affairs.

Amazing experience!! Got exactly what I was after. Perfect customer service and support quick easy reliable and so available will be back 1000% love love love loved my experience here!! Was also super understanding and accomodating that I had my under 1 year old with me ❤️

Place was dirty and sink and drain were literally "black".
Technician was not engaging nor seemed very knowledgable.
If you have a complaint about the service you receive don't expect anyone to return your calls or answer your emails.

Worst part about this company I learnt is the fact they will give you a discount on your next appointment if you leave a 5 star review.
Look for yourself and see what the ratings are.
They are mostly 5 and 1 star reviews.

The appointment I had itself was good. She listened to what I wanted and when she did the injections she was quick which was less painful.
My only issue was I asked for both the upper and lower lip to be the same but found after it healed the lower lip was bigger and jutted out slightly. It doesn't look bad just not what I wanted.
