Company lacks professionalism. Previous instructor was great but the new instructor wouldn't turn up on various days and no notice given. CHM should take more responsibility for their employees but no response to my initial feedback. Companies like this get contracts with govt and then rort the system.

Be very careful if this company wants to purchase anything from you. They stuff you around and wont pay their bills. Be very careful dealing with them.

This company managed a swimming pool as "QUT Healthstream" in Queensland where I purchased my swim pass on 13 June 2018. It was $130 for 10 sessions with a 6-month expiry (as I was told by the employee at the counter but I did not request any paperwork). I used 2 sessions. When management changed to YMCA in September 2018, I was not informed. Shelly-Anne, an officer at Fair Trade Queensland, said that CHM claimed their swim pass was of 3 months and denied any responsibility as I do not have any paperwork supporting my 6-month swim pass claim. The next step would be to escalate to QCAT but without paperwork I will most likely fail in addition to possible additional fees.
