My wife and I have been patients of Dr Kaluarachchi (Formerly Dr Ratnaweera) for at least 7 years. My brother is a GP in Sydney and has a watching brief but Dr Dona K is my treating doctor in Brisbane. In my experience and opinion, she is extremely competent and caring.

Don’t normally leave reviews but Dr Kav, Jess and the rest of the nursing team have been absolute legends. Always great vibes and have taken really gone above and beyond to make sure my recovery process as painless and easy as possible. Dr Kav answered all my questions in detail, is meticulous, knows his shit and genuinely cares. Will be back from now on.

Absolutely to be avoided. One doctor on duty and this is not public holidays or after hours. False and misleading advertising. In addition "policy" dictates the sole poor busy doctor not allowed to prescribe Schedule 8 for a C1&C2 neck fracture! That is NOT medicine, that is mediaeval barbaric torture.

After a trip and fall incident and the onset of pain and stiffness in my arm, a wonderful paramedic advised me to go to this clinic. I was amazed at how quickly I was initially seen and again on return from having an X-ray at a local clinic. The doctor was great and staff at reception were calm, courteous and helpful. The clinic pleasant and location easy to access. A wonderful asset to community.

The care I received from everyone was incredible - from the receptionist to the nurses and doctor, was brilliant. Everyone was so caring and kind, I was seen very quickly and the procedure was explained thoroughly. I went in early on a Saturday evening and it was very quiet so I was seen nearly immediately.

The nursing staff on last evening were exceptional, including the student nurse. Professional, consent seeking and clear communication of each step, kind, and across lesser known health conditions.
The doctor I saw was less than impressive, dismissive of certain symptoms and the whole body impact of an existing diagnosis. However the care provided by the nursing team far outweighed his.
I’d not visited the facility before, and am so grateful to know it’s there.

Dr Dona is fantastic! Incredibly thorough and listens to your concerns. I very highly recommend her. Receptionists, in my experience, have mostly been friendly and the clinic has a great vibe overall.

I have been attending Cornwall St for more than 5 years. The reception team are always friendly, and manage to fit my little ones in if they are unwell. The nursing staff are so kind, they treat my kids as if they were there own. I have found they come and get my baby as soon as I arrive, just to have cuddles. Jess and Stacey went above and beyond with me post partum with my 2 kids. I cannot praise them highly enough. My GP is amazing, and I would recommend them to anyone.
