Have had a incredible experience working with Jono from Core health And Rehabilitation in the sunshine coast, I started working with Jono to navigate some shoulder pain I was experiencing, he went above and beyond in our weekly appointments to get the pain under control and back to feeling next to no shoulder pain with my busy life style. Jono helped me to overcome a lower back problem I had been having for months that was causing me pain all the time. He was very approachable very understanding of my problem and his methods helped me to not only get rid of the problem but help strengthen the right parts of my body to stop the problem from reoccurring.
