I went to see Rachael at Core Elements Physiotherapy for a pelvis/ back issue post pregnancy. The issue was quickly diagnosed and the treatment had me feeling almost back to normal very quickly. The location is very easy to find, easily accessible and there is plenty of parking. I was able to bring my baby along to my sessions which was a huge help. I would highly recommend Rachael and Core Elements physiotherapy. 5 stars!

It's not an exaggeration to rate this business with 5 stars, nor is it an exaggeration to say that Core Elements Physiotherapy Is one of, if not the Best physiotherapy practices on the Central Coast. What makes it so good is Rachel's approach; It is professional and yet deeply caring. Rachy is very good at what she does and she has a very thorough knowledge of the body. We cannot recommend a single business higher than Core Elements!
