I just had another great experience at Coral Coast Physio. My physio, Reuben was not available , so I saw Taylor. She is yet another vibrant young person there. She treated my condition expertly, taught me more about my condition and gave me sound advice to improve my strength. Such a lovely person to boot. I am happy now to see either Reuben or Taylor. I’m positive the rest of the team would be great as well.

As a former Paralympian I have had a lot to do with Physiotherapists in my time! I can honesty say that Coral Coast Physio has in the 11 years I have been going there, built an outstanding team! They have Physio's that have experience in every area you need. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful as well. And as a business they still have a community and personal focus! I highly recommend Ben and his amazing team.

The lovely lady at Reception is AMAZINGLY welcoming and upbeat which is a great way to enter the business! I have seen Ben S several times and he would have to be hands down the most caring, helpful and knowledgeable physio I have ever seen. It helps that he is pleasing on the eyes also! Only negative is I hate heights and that small little balcony way to get to the clinic is very daunting!

I can’t speak highly enough of the team at Coral Coast physio. They have been my saving grace for nearly 5 years now since being on Workcover. Shaun and Reuben are amazing and have been a vital part of my recovery. The whole team are so nice and happy to help where they can, they go above and beyond 🌟

Disgusting, saw Ben at the Bargara practice when I fractured my arm, rang and left him a message to a query a few days later, no communication received by the end of the day so rang again the next day, to find Ben was on not available, advised the receptionist I was not happy with his no response to my call/ messages. Next thing Ben texts me accusing me of abusing his receptionist. As this was so untrue I rang and spoke with co-owner Sam, who apologised for the way both these employees behaved towards me, referred me to another practice, paid for the visit, which I wasn’t expecting. Thanked Sam for being professional and again he apologised for the way I was treated. Hopefully Ben and the receptionist have now learnt how to be objective and professional towards the general public and the dangers of slander.

Where do I begin to start praising #KAYSHEPHERD for her incredible healing hands with remedial massage therapy.

I had just arrived in from the USA and my back had completely seized up. After a couple of sessions I felt like a new man! She has great experience with cyclists and rugby players and she has extremely strong hands!

I will now make it a point to visit with her on every visit! Thanks Kay - your work is sensational!

Recommended by our pediatric rheumatologist, these guys are great. Have seen 2 of the physio's and 1 of the OT's and was also linked in with Advanced Footcare. All have been highly knowledgeable, case conference with our specialists so everyone knows what is going on. 11/10 would recommend!

This practice is very poorly run, they are indifferent to Emails and when there is an issue they just pass it around, your just another number.
