I had an urgent issue with my father's health, as he was rapidly declining. After stressing the urgency of our situation, we managed to get a next-day appointment. However, when we showed up for the appointment, nobody was there. There was no way to ring and ask for information, and we received no call or notification from anyone at the clinic. It was extremely unprofessional for the clinic to be closed in the middle of the week without any prior contact. This left us scrambling to make another appointment last minute while my father's health continued to worsen. Very disappointing and unprofessional service.
