We have been away travelling & recently returned & although there is a change of doctors, we now have Dr Christine Bu, they are very good to deal with & Dr Bu is so kind to work with. I'm very happy with the service provided at Cooroy Family Medical. I had my 715 Health Assessment today, they covered everything well and I didn't feel rushed which doesn't often happen in general practice. I felt culturally safe with the nurses & lucky to have such a caring and dedicated Doctor- Dr Kit is one in a million 🙂

Both my wife and I go to Cooroy Family Medical and see a local GP at that Practice.
Both Medical and Reception staff are professional and friendly, very little waiting time when making an appointment.
We have our yearly immunisation done at Cooroy Family Medical and Staff are always helpful to remind us when due.
This year we have discovered we can also use the Pathology at the practice , which is so helpful.

We are very comfortable attending Cooroy Family Medical and hope to be able to continue doing so for as long as we are able.

I have lived in the area for 34yrs and have attended Cooroy Family Medical most of the time. There was always really good, caring, efficient service from reception staff. Although there have been many GP changes over the last few years which has made consistency difficult, I had an appointment with Christine Hu who was so lovely and professional and has assured me they were there for the long haul. I have organised the transfer of all of my records to this Surgery and confident I have finally found my regular Doctor.

After moving to the area over 18 months ago and not being able to get into a few local Dr’s surgeries in Cooroy (as they weren’t taking any new patients), I had success with Cooroy Family Medical.

The girls on the front desk are great, friendly and provide fantastic service, nurses are super nice, and I found Dr Huw Adams very consultative, personable, knowledgeable, and exceptional to deal with, which makes it easy to chat about the more personal stuff.

I have never waited more than 5 minutes for my appointment. All in all a great experience.
