I’ve been in lots of pain in my hands I had visited several times in the last 6 months just got worst, the pain was unbearable. I was getting so depressed. I couldn’t even open a bottle of water or hold a cup of coffee. Came in to see a different doctor, which is Dr Phillip Barker. He diagnosed the problem. Then he had put me on the proper medication he had even call me four days later to make sure I was okay. That’s what you call a very good doctor. I definitely recommend Dr Barker 10 out of10 👍👍👍👍👍
And of course the staff that look after everyone that walk through the front door manning the phones and the computers at the front desk So friendly and kind, as well as the nurses at the back that took your blood pressure oxygen levels and various other things. The whole staff is friendly And kind I recommend to anybody 10 out of 10 👍👍👍👍👍

The doctor that owns the place, is probably one of the most horrible and unprofessional doctors you will ever have the misfortune to come across.

I am in the process of making an official complaint against him. I’ve never made a complaint about a doctor in my entire life, but how this bloke has a medical license is one of life’s genuine mysteries!

HORRIBLE experience with Dr Wendy.
She probably looked away from her computer screen to speak to me maybe 2 or 3 times.
She doesn’t listen to your specific needs.
Practically sat there ignoring my requests for a referral. Made me feel like an idiot for going to the doctor in EXCRUCIATING pain. Waste of time and energy.
Just another Pharma puppet,
DO NOT RECOMMEND

Such a great doctor practice. Even after moving out of the area my family and I travel an hour each way to continue to be looked after by our Doctor here.

The worst doctors experience I’ve had. Was looking to get some vaccines for my job and the doctor was asking me what specific vaccines I had already and the dates in which I had them in primary school. As nobody remembers this information I brought along my Medicare vaccination history which he said we can’t trust as I couldn’t recall these from memory. This doctor went out of his way to not help and was beyond useless. He then tried to charge me after wasting my time coming here. I saw another dr at another location the same afternoon and was more than happy to assist. Other than this dr, the staff seemed nice which makes me question how he has a job here.

Terrible experience with Dr Wendy. It takes me a lot to visit a GP and I was going with concern regarding a lump. I just so happen to be 28 weeks pregnant. I have everything to do with my pregnancy managed in a way I choose to. I saw the nurse first who was really lovely and straight away during a pre examination said yes I can see it it’s like a little marble. As soon as I got in to see the Dr she started asking me a million questions regarding the pregnancy which is not why I was there. Telling me if I didn’t have a whooping cough vaccine now that my newborn baby would die and that I wouldn’t be able to leave the house with my baby for 6 months. She said whooping cough is rampant at the moment I said and they are vaccinated she said well yes but they won’t die. She continued to lecture me regarding vaccines and we ended up in a discussion regarding vaccinations and I voiced my reasons for hesitation she agreed that the covid vaccines do cause myocarditis after I mentioned the death of a friend. Then about the 500 doctors that died in her country Peru from covid and all the study it takes to replace that. She told me I need pregnancy related blood tests, all these tests even though I am fit and healthy and my baby is doing well. She told me people used to have 10 babies because only 4 would survive. Vaccines saved the day, I said they also make a lot of money.. she said it’s free the government pays. I said who do you think pays the government? Eventually I managed to steer the conversation back to the real reason I was there which was the lump she took a quick look and dismissively said there was nothing there like I’m just fabricating it. Then when I said well it’s weird it’s not the same on the other side and that the nurse had felt it too, she disregarded my concern as if I was an idiot and told me it’s fat, it’s because I am fat and that I have gained weight. It seemed she took great pleasure in this response. My reply was obviously I have gained weight I am pregnant and growing a human. At that point I should have just walked out and refused to pay. Instead I sat down got into further debates regarding more things I apparently need during pregnancy. I mentioned my concerns regarding links between autism and vaccine injury’s, she tried to tell me it’s because all mums are old now and looked to try to tell me I’m geriatric and before she could calculate my age I said I’m 31 thanks she said old sperm which I replied my partner is 28. We are all good. We are both super fit and healthy. Again another example of Doctors not listening, not trusting your own connection and knowing in your body and thinking they know best and just overstepping. I wished her a nice day and paid for this awful experience got in the car and cried. Really really just bad practice lack of empathy, overstepping boundaries. It’s almost impossible these days to find a holistic GP willing to look at the whole picture of health listen to their patients that isn’t just a big pharma puppet!
