The room was exceptional and they had guest laundry, kitchen and living room for all to use. The rooms were equipped with a small kitchenette and even had proper sized windows glasses! Everything had been thought of. Highly recommend to anyone travelling in the area.

Bungalows are spacious and comfy. Located right next to dinosaur museum. We had some issues with room. All power was off. Fuse had tripped. Fridge then overheated and died. TV took some time to work. WiFi didn't work at all. Staff replaced the fridge and attempted to reset WiFi without success. Even so we had a great stay.

Beautiful modern comfortable rooms for a family. Well equipped and very clean and comfy. The bbq dinner pack was great with more than enough food for the 4 of us plus a nice bottle of wine and soft drinks for the kids. Sitting by the fire looking at the stars and toasting marshmallows is a real treat. In the morning watching the sun rise over the bush while the birds wake up and the roos bounce past is something special. Loved our stay. Would highly recommend

Wow! Luxury in the very far outback! Such an unexpected treat. The setting is divine... Kangaroos and birds abound. The stars glisten at night giving a full sky view free from light pollution. The rooms and facilities were just stunning. The interior styling of the lodge is en pointe with a white and timber modern country vibe. The attention to detail by house keeping staff was soooo obvious.... Everything was white and pristine. Beds were made up to the highest standard and the level of cleanliness is unparalleled. We also used the lounge room (very comfy sofas) and the BBQ area. Everything was provided that we needed to BBQ. There is also a kitchenette in each room and a full kitchen for guests to use. The lovely self-serve pantry brekky was a surprise. We've stayed in many out back motels and hotels and this one is many levels above any other. Simply superb!

The lodge is luxury I don't normally experience in remote outback Australia. The rooms are very generously sized with a well stocked kitchenette and super clean bathroom, plenty of storage for clothes as well.|There is a shared living area, full kitchen, outdoor dining area, and fire pit.||My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights as part of the Natural history museums' dino package which included a bbq and stargazing kit + tour on our first morning followed by a fossil preparation day course. The whole package was worth it for stellar accommodation, a dinner we didn't need to organise ourselves, and already planned activities.||You are still a 5 minute drive from being in town for food options and fuel. Bonus, the museum has a cafe so you can walk (or drive) over and get a barista made coffee in the morning.||Super friendly and helpful staff, we arrived 2 hours early and on request were able to be let in our room on arrival.||Would definitely stay again if were in that part of the world in the future, even if we weren't visiting the museum (but I do recommend it) the accommodation stands on its own.

Clean, comfortable modern accommodation mixed with outback charm all at a reasonable rate when you include the continental breakfast in the communal dining room/lounge. Signage upon entry clarifying that reception is at the Eromanga Natural History Museum would have been better as both ourselves and the car in front got to the accommodation only to have to return to check in.

This is a new facility and is beautiful inside and out. There are lots of things that are good from the clean lines, the comfortable bed and cleanliness of the large room to the views of the bush at the back and the generous continental breakfast. There's a lovely separate lounge, extra cooking room and a guest laundry. But somehow they don't seem to have got it together in terms of what kind of guests they're expecting. It's expensive and you'd expect the typical guests to be travelling with wheeled luggage and eating out in restaurants (& therefore not needing a sink, microwave or fridge in their room). The car park is at the front of the block but the entrance to the rooms is at the back. So if like us you are self catering and travel with lots of bags not on wheels, you have to cart them all around the back. Each room has a microwave and small fridge but only a very small area to serve as a worktop or desk or eating area. We couldn't fit our food into the small freezer in the fridge in our room and there was a large fridge in the communal room but no freezer. We couldn't help but feel that the room layout could have given more space for preparing meals and an easy chair or two. Ah - but maybe they thought we could use the separate area at the end of the block which contains a lounge and large microwave/roasting oven to cook a meal (instead of in our room?). In addition there was strangely no stove top although there are pans available! Altogether a mixed up experience for us. Its expensive but the location is wonderful and eating breakfast with that stunning peaceful view amazing! And to top it all we had the place all to ourselves......
