Please be careful with this company, before you sign their services agreement, be aware of and clarify Section 4, which states:
"Cooma Challenge Limited (CCL) is "ENTITLED" to charge for a period of 4 weeks after you have ended said agreement with them"...

According to Section 4, Cooma Challenge Limited can charge the amount agreed upon in said services agreement for up to 4 weeks after you end the agreement, this is even if they don't provide services to you during that 4 week period.

In otherwords, they can take money from you for 4 weeks without providing any services.
I am yet to find another service provider who does this and no suprise I was told this is "apparently" standard practices from all providers by a CCL employee, when I questioned that same employee about it he was evasive and he chose not to answer my questions so he didn't admit liability, instead he beat around the bush and then again suggested all other companies will be the same.

I have already done my research and no, not all companies have that in their agreement, most need 14 -21days notice and that's it, nothing about being charged anything after the agreement has ceased - CCL is the only company that I've seen so far that have this nice surprise in their fine print.

Absolutely disgusting and shameful on your behalf Cooma Challenge Limited!
