Have seen Dr Joe since moving to Coolum 4 years ago. He has successfully guided me through major and minor sickness common in senior years including Prostate cancer. He is very experienced, knowledgeable and caring. He doesn't suffer fools gladly and has very strong opinions medically and on worldly matters. Younger generations probably lack tolerance to listen and learn. Thanks Joe and staff for your constant care.

Dr Ashraf has been the best GP I have found in 8 years living on the Sunshine Coast. He is direct to the point, actually listens, cares and wants to help, and is super friendly. This practice has always been easy to make a booking with and reception have always been lovely. So glad we have found somewhere we feel comfortable and have found someone who has helped us immensely. Highly recommend Ash.

So the story starts 3 and a half weeks ago, I head into see Dr Ashraf Saleh. I presented him an infected cut I had on my leg and was prescribed antibiotics. 2 weeks again I was prescribed the same antibiotics again as it hadn’t got any better. Again I went back and had copped a knock on my shin and was causing excruciating pain. He tells me it has nothing to do with my infection and that it’s just a simple “bruise”. He tried to prescribe me a strong pain killer, no new antibiotics and sent me on my way. Luckily I had some initiative to take myself to the ED because I knew something was’t right. The second I walked the ED and the nurse seen my leg and I told her my story she was in shock. Fast forward a couple days, 3 days on a drip, the right antibiotics and a small surgery to remove said swelling in leg. I am finally on the road to recovery. If I hadn’t of attended the ED I would’ve lost my leg. Simply a script doctor at best. Cheers Ashraf

Booked appointment using hotdoc app this morning 6:30 for today. Went through the whole process. Confirmed text and email came through. Didn’t worry about making another appointment with my normal doctor has this one went through all ok. I’m unwell so didn’t want to sit on phone for a long period. Gets to 30 minutes before appointment time, get a call. We have to cancel your appointment as your new patient and we don’t see new patients. Really guys 30 mins before my appointment. You had all day to call but no. Now I can not get into another one today at all. Not professional at all. Why could I even book it if they wouldn’t see me or at least call in the morning to advise. Very bad customer service

Most wonderful compassionate doctors and very efficient staff.
Nothing is to much trouble
