This office is the absolute best! The staff is amazing and caring! The girls at the front desk gave me flowers on a day I needed them! This is what caring providers is all about! Thank you for being so kind and amazing! Diana and Maddison are THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Highly recommend them for your medical needs.

My family and I highly recommend Dr. Ramos at Conviva North Lakeland for primary doctor care.
My parents are patients of Dr. Ramos and both have serious medical conditions requiring a lot of care and attention. Dr. Ramos is a wonderful doctor. He is knowledgeable, caring, attentive, and someone that our family trusts. Nurse Jessica is awesome too. She is very knowledgeable and helpful with our medical concerns, and always gets my parents referrals completed in a timely manner.
Thank you so much Jessica, Dr. Ramos, and to all of the staff!!! You’re all amazing!!! If anyone is looking for a primary doctor, look no further, you can trust Dr. Ramos and his team!

Jessica Jo is amazing. So detailed.
I recommend this place to everyone. Most doctors spend maybe five minutes top with you.
Dr Ramos and Jessica nurse practitioner will spend and hour if needed to go through everything with you and answer all your questions so you don't feel like it was a waste of time.
Wish my specialist staff were as thorough and thoughtful as they are here.

I had a very pleasant experience here the receptionist, Madison, and Diana Were amazing very helpful with information helpful with making my appointment very pleasant to be around. As for the doctor, Dr. Jerry and the nurse practitioners helped me with all my medical needs. I am very satisfied here.

I’m always pleased ? when using Conviva Care Center north for I’m greeted by friendly Madison and/or Diana , having great conversations they’re considerate & thoughtful reception folks! Jessica the nurse was great and really knows her stuff and it’s really important to have a Doctor that understands and cares enough to listen to his patients. I
Am giving a score of Ten for the immaculate cleaning of the facility and only a 9.8 nearly Perfect because there is always “room for improvement” but I can’t say how you can get better than you are presently!

I recently visited the doctor's office with my wife Nicole blundon on 8-13-2024 and had an excellent experience. Madison, the receptionist, was incredibly welcoming and efficient. She quickly found my wife’s appointment details and made the check-in process smooth and easy.
Diana, the receptionist, was very kind and attentive. She took the time to explain everything to my wife, which made me feel comfortable and well-informed.
Sulay the doctor, was outstanding. She listened to all my wife’s concerns with great attention and provided thorough explanations for all my questions. I felt genuinely cared for and confident in the treatment today.
Overall, my visit was fantastic and for my wife aswell. The staff was professional, friendly, and efficient. I highly recommend this office to anyone seeking quality medical care

I was put in a position to change health insurance providers April 1, 2024. I chose CONVIVA CARE CENTER NORTH LAKELAND, and Dr. Jerry Ramos-Rodriguez, and I could not be more pleased with the care I have received so far. Dr. Rodriguez is very friendly, smart, and caring. He makes me feel very comfortable and takes whatever time is necessary for my medical needs. His entire staff is top shelf. Madison greets you with a smile, and respectfully, and just makes you feel welcome, and is available for all of my questions. Jessica Joe fills so many shoes, and is a serious multitasker! She greets you and takes you either to a room to wait for the Dr., or she takes you to her office/lab and does the Dr. requested lab draws. Jessica is one of those people that you know you're in good hands with. She is knowledgeable, patient, thorough, and most importantly, kind. She is very professional and handles whatever is thrown at her, with a smile, I might add. Dr. Rodriguez is A+, Madison and everyone at reception and checkout are exceptional and A+, but Jessica goes above and beyond in her daily tasks. A+++
