It is more stressful to engage with this organization than not. Their processes are broken. The booking process involves a call to give your details and a call back to make the appt. The financial counselors i finally had an appt w was exceptional and worth it. There fdbk survey collects data to support their sale of their services not improve customer experience as they state.

Your services are always above and beyond expectations. I identify as an anarchist and your services give me faith in the Australian Government. Emily from the Victoria branch just made laugh and feel cared for while she worked 10 mins OT to make sure I was cared for even though I was not presenting manic symptoms at the time.

I called and asked to see someone and waited 2 weeks and no answer or call from anyone. When Converge did call back they didn't seem to have any of the information or postcodes I had discussed the week before. Service was definitely not up to scratch, and they couldn't find anyone in my area that could help me.

I see a lot of negative reviews on here and I guess most people only review with a bad experience and that’s fair enough. I’ve struggle with the suicide of my mother so much for 32 years. And I’ve never received such sound advice and help from Antoinette Nowak. She literally saved my life and I’m forever thankful and grateful for having had the chance to meet someone as genuinely caring as her.

Can be incredibly annoying when booking in for appts as the counsellors are forever booked or on holidays nd sometimes gave fake promises to be in contact. Employers use them as a dismissal package probably because they are cheap? I don't know but my experience with them is felt rather wasting time to get a proper employment. More chat than real technic to get into work force.

Therapist was great.
But these guys expect you to advise rescheduling before 24 hrs. Things can happen in less than 24 hrs.
They will cancel appointment and charge your company for that rather than rescheduling.
I will not recommend Converge International for any businesses or individuals.
