I treated my partner on her birthday. We had a couples mineral soak, couples steam and Jen had a massage. Place was lovely, staff were awesome and very helpful. And it was externally well priced. Will be coming again soon !

Beautiful, quiet, relaxing facility. Great if you want sauna & ice bath but prefer privacy unlike the recovery centers where you’ll be in an ice bath with several others. You can also connect your own music, dim the lights, and they have deodorant etc for you to use when you leave. High recommend!

What an experience! Private room, clean facilities and wonderful service from staff.
Wish there were longer sessions for the infrared when it comes to contracts therapy but the session time for the price you pay is worth the cost. Can't wait to come back i definitely see myself becoming a regular.

It was great! This is my second time visiting and I really enjoyed the infrared sauna. I also love the cold bath after the sauna. It feels like tightened my skin and helped my body to recover from the muscles pain.

I had the float therapy at my previous session and it was amazing! At first tho, it’s a bit strange but then your body just really started to feel the benefit from the therapy. And I personally think, it’s the most incredible relaxing experience I have ever had. A float therapy is a must try!!

I also love you get a private room all by yourself and they provide all you need during the session (towels, water, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body cream) . This wellness centre is definitely my new sanctuary and my happy place! The atmosphere here is peaceful and like a little luxurious retreat. The staffs are friendly and accomodating. Always feel amazing after having the session here! Absolutely recommend

Amazing massage from Jen!
From the warm welcome by the lovely reception staff to the gorgeous, luxurious surroundings, everything about the experience was top-notch. My massage therapist, Jen, was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to help me choose the best treatment for my needs.

I’m not exaggerating when I say I walked in feeling broken — I had a lot of muscle pain — but left feeling like a new person.

Huge thanks to Jen and the team. I’ll definitely be returning to see her again and will be bringing my husband along for a massage too. Highly recommended!

Treated to a mineral soak and massage for Mother's Day, such a wonderful experience. Clinic is beautifully appointed and feels luxurious, with lots of thoughtful touches. Jen is lovely and gave a fantastic deep tissue massage. I felt so good afterwards. I will be back for more.
