I have had nothing but a positive experience with this company. From the initial meet and greet to the wonderful staff that came out to my home to help with a multitude of jobs. Nothing was too much trouble. I was feeling very low having lost the ability to do things on my own but the staff made me feel so much at ease. I could leave them in my home confident that the many jobs would be done without my supervision. I trusted them completely. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone in need of a little extra help.

It has been over 6-7 weeks since a gardener has been available to provide gardening for us - the reasons given have been sickness, or weather conditions but clearly no alternative solutions offered ie employment of more staff ? They also do not let you know if someone will come in the morning or afternoon?

Most unreliable service there is out there!

They don’t show up, the carers have no care and are rude and even tell you how to run your own house!!!You wait 4-5 weeks for a reply to an email if your lucky to get one at all!

The carers NEVER show up on time let alone at and they don’t ever have the courtesy to call you when they just don’t show up!

This place doesn’t care about the well-being of any persons who need any services!!

I would of give them NO stars but had to provide 1 in order to give a review!!!

These ppl are nothing short of evil. PAULINE the managing director refuses to correct a piece of equipment for my father who is a double leg amputee which leading therapists OT incorrectly did. My dad is c now left bed ridden and Pauline refuses to fix their mistake. They should be investigated, charged for breaching every ethical responsibility they hold and SHUT DOWN! My double leg amputee father was put at risk, neglected and funds falsely invoiced which had to be reimbursed. Their OT did an incorrect assessment and gave equipment which endangered him and was left in pain, suffering and completelly neglected. Dont let the home visits of smiles and promises fool you. These people are a disgrace to their profession and have no idea what they are doing, no desire to provide any actual support and need to be shut down ASAP. It makes me so upset to think of any elderly who do not have family to advocaate for them that would be suffering at the hands of these monsters. And they know full well i am an identaffiable client so disregard their earlier replies to the shocking experiences that seem universal for this unethical bunch of inhumane people.

Due to my health deterioration i have been very anxious about reaching out for help and support in the last few weeks, but Continuum have made me feel very much at ease with thier friendly staff nothing is too much trouble for them. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

They are an absolute disgrace and a disgusting bunch of humans. They don’t care about the person. They just care about taking advantage of the client and siphoning their money. They are horrible in every way.

This company is the single worst experience ive ever had with a NDIS Provider workers not showing up putting participant safety at risk damaging workers property abusing my support coordinator refusing to provide a report when they are required to then the directors deflect blame and give false information to the ndis commission so they dont have to replace participants property they damaged
