Although I like Dr Jean, the treatment we have received from the receptionist has made me not want to return. She advised that the lift was going under repairs and thus I needed to carry my 16 month old up the stairs. My husband had to come with me to assist as I have back issues, she was patronising and said I did speak to her about this. Yes you did and I needed assistance. I then contacted to get a copy of the referral sent to me, after an hour I called back. Only for her to hang up on me because she didn’t believe I didn’t get it. It’s now 7pm STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED THE REFERRAL. Thank god the receptionists at Dr Justine Millar’s office are professional and not rude. This practice needs to get rid of that receptionist, we are already stressed when we are attending. We really don’t need to worry about what mood Lisa will be in.
