Just home from a wonderful 90 minute reiki and massage session with Sonya. I had an energy release session today with Sonya. The safe space that was held for me was so welcoming, loving and I felt completely at ease…much like a warm embrace.

There was a lot of stuck energy within me (some that I had unknowingly been carrying with me for a long time) that needed to be released. With Sonya’s guidance and encouragement I was able to release it in a safe and non-judgemental environment. I feel like weight has been lifted off me and like a new version of myself.

Just a little share on my ice bath and meditation with Sonya.

From the moment I made my way towards the house I know I was in the right place as I smelt the incents burning from the front door.

I had asked Sonya to take me through a private ice bath as I had been finding it challenging to get back into after a long time of having extreme pain in my body and not going into the ice.

Although I have done many, many ice baths before in groups and alone I was finding it incredibly difficult to get back into putting myself into the uncomfortableness of it and trust as I was tired of being pain so to add more even for a greater good felt incredibly challenging.

Sonya spent time with me talking this through and that alone was a great help. The meditation was very relaxing. I felt comfortable to just let go completely and during the ice bath I felt completely held, supported and able to release emotion as I needed to.

I was able to release those things holding me back and feel comfortable and safe to step back into the uncomfortable again knowing that the ice will help heal my body also.

If you feel like you need a little more one on one support or you havnt done an ice bath before and would prefer to do it on a private setting with a personal guide I would highly recommend Sonya as someone you can trust to hold this space for you.

Sonya is a brilliant health practitioner/ group facilitator and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in a range of health and spiritual practices/ modalities. I have attended workshops and cold therapy sessions over the 12 months and have benefitted greatly from them.
