The staff are friendly and the centre is modern. The exercises and advice I was given are helping and the strapping that was tried also worked well.

However, I don't think I will go back. The best way to describe this place is an attempt at organising chaos. On my first visit there were not enough rooms for all the physios and patients. While I was waiting, I saw one patient interrupted three times by another physio looking for a spare room.

When I filled out the first patient form, they gather information about the issue. My physio hadn't accessed any of this information and had no idea what I was there for. After that, it felt a bit like a guessing game of applying various treatments. However, the exercises and strapping did help.

Next visit I wasn't even in a room. Rather in a curtained section next to another patient receiving treatment. I can't speak for the other person, but I would have preferred to not know about their problems and not have mine shared. The physio remembered my name and face and that was about it. After another application of various treatments I was sent on my way.

My next appointment was booked with a different physio but after receiving a call that he was now busy doing something else and it was going to be a different physio again, I cancelled my appointment.

I am very fortunate to have good health cover, but for those who don't, these appointments are very expensive. While I appreciate the treatment I received and I don't blame any of the friendly staff I interacted with, I think this place isn't for me.
