Dr Lana Cartmill is an amazing doctor who I highly recommend. She was so understanding, explained everything to me thoroughly and really made my appointment comfortable. Can’t thank her enough.

My husband had to see a certain Dr last Wednesday afternoon, luckily I wore a mask as it was blatantly obvious he had a cold or something. This certain Dr coughed a few times without covering his mouth, didn't even have a mask on!!! Now my husband is unwell! Thanks for that!! Very happy with my Dr Emily Argent though, very thorough and goes above and beyond without missing anything.

Have been going to this medical centre for quite a few years, but could not be more disappointed in the service lately.went two weeks in a row with a very bad flu each time different Dr still very unwell call to see a Dr on Saturday only to be told it would cast $ 92.50 for the visit appointment time 10.30 got in at 5past 11 out at 11.12 charged $142.00 still no better. Pick your game up.dont spoil a good medical centre.

Well after attending this medical centre for many years, arrived this morning for my care plan and dr appt! Had to get a script filled for an injection before seeing dr! Waited at chemist for so long ! Then went to sign in, no you are late for appt! Go to reception!/so at reception I say I’m sorry I’m late for care plan appt due to waiting at chemist for my script! So they get a dr to give me my injection; and book me for care plan appt again…..in January!
So then they say my Dr of many years was not there!,,,, he came the day before !,,,, Nobody rang me to tell this about my appt !,,,,
So much for care of the elderly , not happy ,,!,,,,,,!,,,,
It seems this medical centre is going down ?….

My husband called to book our sick children in for an appointment and was told yes they have an appointment available today at 2pm but then refused to book because our children not been here before (even though my husband has) and told we have to wait until next Tuesday as they are a new patient. How do you expect people to get better by making them wait such a rediculous time frame?

I have been a long term patient at this practice and have finally had enough. The doctor turn over is incredible with mostly learning doctors with no bed side manner or listening skills. Of course some of the permanent doctors are just as bad, with some of good doctors retiring the last few years. If you find a good doctor they’re gone within 2years. Phone lines - can wait up to 30mins to speak to anyone. If you book online now you have to put in credit card details to book.
The worst part is they don’t listen to you or the conditions you’ve had. With every new doctor you explain your health condition again and then they attempt to treat you differently. “They know best mentality” instead of tried and tested experience. This was a good practice now just feels like a meat processing plant. What a shame, time to move on.

Drive over an hour with 4 year old. Hospital full, by the time we see doctor, chemists will be shut. Rang Condamine, told no, no new patients sorry. Tried to say, it's a four year old child. Nope. Go wait at hospital. Plse do not advertise compassion
