Would never recommend going to the Gynecologist here. She only works once every “2 to 3 weeks”, despite telling you she’s going to call with results in a week. It took me 8 months to have two appointments, in which she only did tests I could have done (and HAVE done) at the GP, only for her to repeat the exact same tests in the second appointment cause it took so long that the first tests were no longer valid. Forever chasing results as no one answers the phone or the receptionists either aren’t in, or they can’t work on other doctor’s systems. Never received emails when I was meant to and completely wasted 8 months and my money. She also never considered symptoms of being a result of something more severe, despite me expressing concerns. Now I’ve got worse symptoms than ever and have to restart all over again with a new gyno.

Went in Oct 2022. Printers weren’t working and they didn’t provide any receipts. Further the receptionist advise that I will receive my Medicare refund and I don’t need to worry about it. It’s February and I still haven’t received it. Further the receptionist calls me February after the reports for the test and calls me straightaway to book another appointment. I asked to her to first get the refund organised and she told me that she is emailing it straight away and I am still waiting for the email to arrive. I don’t trust such practices.

I'm not sure if it's the gynae or the receptionist that is the problem at this center. You can never get through through by calling, your emails are answered hours later, your questions are not answered, staff working there have no idea what services are offered at the centre THAT THEY work at. To make matters worse your appointment gets cancelled seconds before you are seen. I can't get over how much of my time was wasted yet this was a scheduled appointment. People seek medical attention because they need help, and this is how they are treated, they take off work for this. I am disgusted!

Do not under any circumstances see Dr Sacha Strockyj.
She will violate you, undermine you and only add further trauma to your issues.
