I’m not sure if all the reviews are from their staff but definitely some are as they have worked at my house! I’m an existing client at concept care and iv had nothing but intimidation from the owner if she doesn’t agree with your issues she will “punish” you with stopping support services on the spot and I mean within the hour. Happy to charge every single cent from your NDIS plan but fail to provide the care you want. She chooses your staff and times they can attend , you are not in control of choosing your own support staff.

Concept care had really enabled my daughter to live with dignity and respect she deserves . Being affected by stroke , she was bed ridden with no proper supports for 6 years . As a single mother taking care of my daughter and her child , i was going through a lot of carer burnout and mental stress. The management of concept care treat us like their family and go beyond their duties to support us emotionally to help me rehabilitate my daughter . I will never ever find another support provider who will do what they have done for my daughter . They are in this with the right heart and right attitude. The team of support workers we have are truly a gift from god for my daughter. They have so much patience , compassion and love that i feel relieved .

Concept Care is a fantastic organization that places true emphasis and care on the individuals they provide support for. The communication between both the office staff and support workers is excellent; they always make it their first priority to keep the client at the center of their efforts.

Staff are professional and punctual and are kept accountable by both the clients and the staff to remain so. Office staff consistently check up with the clients to receive feedback, make changes necessary, and insure that all care staff are providing the best support. If a client does not want or enjoy a particular support worker, staff make it their priority to provide them the care they need to improve their experience.

The team at Concept Care live by their mission statement, always seeking the best form of care and organization while never sacrificing the needs of the client. I would highly recommend the team at Concept Care if looking for high quality support and care!

i first heard about Concept Care from a friend. She stated that her father receives services from them and has never been happier with the services he is receiving. He stated that the staff are helpful, supportive and friendly. I was stuck on finding the right service provider for my son as i needed someone i could trust. I decided to give Concept Care a shot and i could not be any more happier with their service. Concept Care have gone above and beyond for my son who has Cerebral Palsy. The staff/management are always open to to any changes i might have and support my son with the best of their ability.
