I have been attending Physiotherapy at Concentric Rehabilitation Centre at Ashfield for 5 months, twice per week with Laura McCredie, she is great at addressing my disability and exercise how to improve on it.

In the beginning, Laura put me on a free planning session for an hour to find out my disability, taking note and videos with me walking, then advised me what type of exercises that I need to do the best way to recovery. By doing the exercises, felt I have been improving with my physiotherapy, able walking much further and less fatigue.

The centre have great friendly environment, good equipment and support. Highly recommended!

I had a knee reconstruction and was told by my surgeon to start rehabilitation. I found Concentric Rehab through googles maps searching for the closest physio. I have had many experiences with physiotherapy and all of them have been super negative experiences so I was quite hesitant to even see a physio in the first place. I booked a home visit because I was unable to go into clinic, that was again added worry for me. However I happened to get the best possible physiotherapist. Brendan from Concentric is my physio and honestly as soon as he arrived I felt immediately comfortable and all my worries and anxieties were diminished. My whole experience over the past 6 weeks or so has been amazing to say the least. I was told by other people who have had my surgery to expect a lot of pain and horror during rehab but it has actually been an enjoyable experience for me and I genuinely enjoy going in to my visits twice a week! Brendan has made this experience so positive for me. 10/10 recommend Concentric rehab and even more so I recommend Brendan. Thank you so so much

After a workplace injury to my lower back it has been a positive experience with my treatment at Concentric Rehabilitation Ashfield. Brendan has provided physiotherapy treatments to reduce my pain, enabled me to gain better movement & we are now working on my core strength & stability. Brendan’s knowledge & approach to providing Physio is professional & friendly resulting in a good ongoing recovery. The reception staff are welcoming & very organised with appointments & I have observed all the Physiotherapists are engaging & caring with their customers. After having a full hip replacement five years ago, I still experience pain and have never regained full strength in that leg.
Brendan assured me that it wasn't too late to rectify the problem and gave me confidence to go forward with treatment. He set up a program tailored to my needs of exercises along with some hands on treatment. There has definitely been an improvement and I am now moving on to the exercise classes, which are also held there.
The team at Concentric are friendly, caring and professional and I would highly recommend them.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with the concentric rehab centre. Having been to numerous physios for my quad and hamstring, I was a little apprehensive coming to Concentric. However, I was pleasantly surprised at their ability to quickly find the root cause of my issues and provide me with the best pathway to recovery. I have recommended this clinic to my family and friends. Its a nice change to receive excellent service and support.

Concentric Rehabilitation Centre is such a warm and welcoming facility. From the staff at the front desk, to the therapists in the gym, I can not fault this clinic.
The physios treated my injuries promptely and comprehensively. I always walked out feeling better than when I walked in.
To add to the great experience, the staff were great with my three kids who attended appointments with me.

I came to Concentric with a knee injury I had put off for ages. Saw Brendan and he was great. Never really enjoyed going to physios as I often felt I was being ripped off and bled for my money. This wasn’t the case at Concentric. Brendan explained everything about what he suspected was going on with my knee and explained why the exercises and therapy he gave me we’re going to help. I found this really reassuring knowing he knew what was going on and wasn’t just guessing. And on top of that I saw improvement within the first two weeks (great for me, obviously will be different depending on others’ injuries)

Everyone at the clinic was welcoming great and really friendly! Highly recommend going to Concentric. They’re great!
