Hi, I went to get my Lung function test, the person who did the test was very nice and helped me through the process, thats wher the good part ends.
I was waiting for my report to be sent out for more than 3weeks and when i called the person had no clue why it was not sent despite having all the details on my file. She said she is going to send it right away and still no report was sent and I had to call them again and made them email to me while i was on call.
Just very unprofessional no accountability for the patients.
Would not recommend this place to anyone.

This review is specifically for Dr. Angelo Jayamanne.

I’m quite annoyed that I have to give him 1 star, because he honestly doesn’t deserve even 1.

I’ve never in my life met a more arrogant person in the medical field. He doesn’t listen to anything, just wants to talk the whole time, cuts you off as you speak with sarcastic comments and his egotistical attitude

I highly urge anyone considering to see him to go elsewhere, even if you have to wait longer as his diagnosis of my problem was incorrect, but he was convinced he was right since he DOESN’T listen

Having seen a different specialist afterwards for a 2nd opinion, I now have a diagnosis that makes much more sense and a recovery plan that seems to be working

I’ve ended up paying twice the fees and wasted weeks in pain, thanks to his self inflated ego

Funnily enough, many people I spoke to in other medical fields said they had heard similar feedback from patients.

It’s a shame those patients didn’t leave that feedback online or I wouldn’t have gone to see him, however you can’t actually leave feedback under his name on Google so maybe that’s why

I hope I save someone reading this the frustration I experienced in dealing with him and the $1,000 it cost for 2 short visits that lasted for much less time than he left me waiting in the waiting room without so much as an apology for being 75 minutes late

Exceptional service.Went to see Dr Keval Pandya.The reception was very communicative, told me in time Dr was running late and asked if I was not getting late for work or another appointment.The lady at the reception made sure that I was comfortable and gave me all the required paperwork I needed with proper explanation.
Dr Keval Pandya was a thorough gentleman and apologised for being late and after dealing with him I realised that he was also an exceptional doctor.Did not cut short my appointment and spent at least 45 minutes with me as it was an initial consultation.I am surprised people have marked average reviews whereas I don’t think that is true.

I was seen by Dr Katherine Zhu on her rotation at Tamworth Public Hospital in February 2024. Her bedside manner is impeccable. I didn't feel rushed or pressured. She was superbly reassuring as I was nervous about my condition (impacted large gallstone with infection) and prompt to book me in for surgery the next day. While I was being operated on she found and repaired a few other issues with adhesions and a hernia that I didn't realise I had. These turned out to be the reason of a LONG term (16 year) issue I had with my leg not being able to lift up, and I really appreciate her taking care of this while she was there.
Thank you again Doctor for being so caring. Definitely recommend her care.

I am so very grateful to Dr Julianna and her team (especially Tiffany on reception). They were very kind and I was able to have my daughter come in and be seen at the earliest convenience. Dr Julianna was very kind to my daughter and thorough with her check up and testing. She helped get us into another specialist who helped my daughter, who had been sick for 8-9months and hospitalised 4 times. I would highly recommend Dr Julianna and her staff to help you and your sick child.

I am seeing 2 doctors here. One for my liver and another for my pituitary gland.

Went to Norwest initially to see consult with the specialist for the liver. All went well. I got sent to do a blood test and an ultrasound for the liver. The doctor is in between the Norwest office and Rouse Hill office. Receptionist was lovely.

Went to Rouse Hill, there were 3 receptionists there, all looking down on their computers typing away. One thing I know about a customer-facing role is if a customer is in front of you, don't keep them waiting. I felt a bit awkward, none said 'hi' or made eye contact for about 3 minutes. I gave a little cough to remind them, I am here. I got told to sit down to wait for the doctor.

Had my consult with the doctor after 20 minutes, which is fine. They didn't have my results, so they called the pathology. I paid the specialist fee here. The doctor advised to get more blood test and an IV contrast CT scan. I did that.

The assistant Arifin sent me the referral note, I asked to clarify the referral note as the first note to initially do the blood test wasn't legible. I got no response from Arifin. I had to make a call to my friend who is a nurse at Westmead to see if she can read it. She had another doctor read it for me just in case. Second thing about working in a customer facing role. Make sure you follow-up on requests.

A week goes by, I texted the doctor who said that the results didn't come. I called the facility, they sent it. So, texted again the following day, doctor say's scan looked fine, but no blood test. I called the facility again, and they confirmed that the blood test were sent. I texted the doctor again on June 1. No response to this day.

Also, I won't pretend to know how doctors work, but I have had so many needles that couldn't go in and both my arms are black and blue, it would be appreciated if the blood tests can be requested in one sitting so as a patient, I don't need to go back several times to get the needle. So many different blood tests that could have been done on the same day instead of different days. I have also been requested to do a liver biopsy which I am not to keen on.

Second doctor was lovely. All good there. I had her check my liver blood test and she advised that nothing is jumping at her here. So, I assume there is no more issues with my liver.

I will finish up with the second doctor for my pituitary here for my second issue, and hopefully no more issues after.

I think that there should be a bit more follow-up and granted the doctor might be busy with so many patients, the assistants should be assisting him in this regard. These consultation fees are very high but I have to wonder on the quality and level of service being provided if I, as the customer has to coordinate everybody else within this process.

These customer follow-ups should be tracked and actioned by either the doctor or their staff.

This was regarding on my experience visiting this medical centre. I am patient of Dr. Charith, he really tries to explain things in my level of understanding. Through him, i was refer to the right specialist for my illness and thus making this far.

For Ms. Saniya, who always make sure to remind me on my appointments and changes. She is very helpful to me.
