Dr. Siddharth Trivedi has been an incredible help to my husband from AF and I can’t thank him enough. He’s highly professional, the clinic is spotless, and the customer service ladies are so friendly and welcoming.

1. I tried calling for two days to make an appointment, but no one answered (automated message was to hold since receptionist is already talking to someone).
2. I went straight to make an appointment and discovered that they were closed on Tuesday at around 11 am (picture attached). The opening hours in google shows 8 am to 5 pm
3. I even tried scheduling an appointment through their website, but the specialist I want to see is not available in the drop-down menu.
Realised that no one was available to answer the phone at reception because it wasn't even open and voicemail hadn't been set up. Really disappointed and wouldn't not recommend at all.
