Despite making numerous calls to keep thia service informed of my situation i was left without my jobstart payment last Wednesday. Depite further calls this morning and according to my gov account i an yet to receive assistance. This is not the place where people receive the kind of support they need.

I doubt any of the staff i have spoken to over this past week have had any experience of working with people with mental health illnesses...
This means that many job network consultants lack the information they need to understand the requirements to a person’s specific needs.
At this crucial state of my recovery i should be able to see a job provoider who can understand my situation.
Not one who can use mandatory requirements and threats of ongoing sanctions. Centrelink advised community solutions is responsible and community solutions say centrelink is.
I just need to have my prescription filled asap.
