Wow what a great group of people at community solutions mackay . Just an absolute great group who care and take the time to help and set us on a career pathway. Just finished a individual support worker course through community solutions . Not only did I finished , but the ladies especially Cindy really helped me keep focus and strive to finish amongst my busy family life, if it wasn't for there great support this wouldn't have been possible. Thx heaps to the guys at community solutions . Really was a great experience that I'm forever greatful for . !!!

Unprofessional approach to clients. Sends you a text message regarding a compliant obligation appointment .Message begins with Quote "Hi 'your first name".As your suspension has ended." Unquote. Telstra places a SPAM ALERT on the message. No Credentials are used to know who the message came from, NONE at all. So you take Telstra's word it is a SPAM Text and your payments get cut. No contact for months so who knows an unknown mobile number.They also text regarding a phone appointment and Never Ring.Very Unprofessional regard to their Clients.Should at least Mail out a LETTER.

I wish you could provide negative scores. The service I have received from this provider has been abysmal to the point of making complaints to centrelink, the administering govt dept, and the provider in regard to their unprofessional behaviour such as failing to keep appointments, respectful treatment and ability to listen and help. In the twelve months or so of service they have achieved nothing but send inane emails with no relevance or purpose with job search suggestions any school leaver would know let alone someone with more than 35 years in the work force. Glad to be able to change providers and have nothing more to do with this provider who are just wasting tax payers money. I can only feel sorry for those who are disabled that have to deal with this mob. The number to call to ditch these tools is 13 62 68.
