The Pharmacist staff are not helpful. I am an international student and I was there for statutory declarations paper, but they denied pretending too busy and also asked they need some donation.
Please guys, As we international students are already struggling for getting job and if you don’t help in such paper works which is required for getting job. That is too bad feeling for me. Please try to understand.

And I want to say thank you to Priceline Newcomb because he helped me in that.

The counter lady and the pharmacists are rude and treat the assistants and customers badly.

While the counter staff are beautiful the pharmacy assistants and most of the pharmacists are arrogant and rude. Half the time I go in to have a script filled I’m told ‘Oh, we’ll have to order it in’, what a joke! They also overcharge for their prescriptions, even if they know you are a pensioner. I’ll be finding a new place to get my scripts filled. This is not a caring pharmacy at all. I wish Peak Pharmacy had never left!

Enquired to the pharmacy assistant about a medication that is available without a prescription. After asking the pharmacist, the assistant comes back and tells me you need a doctors prescription. I head back to Community Care Chemist after confirming I do not need a doctors prescription, enquire again, and I'm told "we don't like to give it out."
(It's an antihistamine, really?) It was explained to me that if they determine its not suitable for you, they can say no to selling. But the pharmacist didn't do that, she instead just looked at me and decided she wasn't going to speak to me or offer alternative products, just instead gets her coworker to lie about the product needing a prescription. I don't appreciate your staff lying about medications and outright ignoring the reasons and concerns to which I was trying to get this sleeping medication.
This is pathetic, and I will not go here again. I went to Priceline in Newcomb, and the pharmacists are willing to listen and help you.
Community Care Chemist seemingly just turned me away on the basis of how I look.

I went here out of necessity and convenience to fill a small script. Only 5 tablets instead of 20. A full box costs $20 from my usual pharmacy. 5 tablets from here cost $29.50.
This is not a one off, other usual scripts have cost me double what they do elsewhere.
If you are told it will be a 15 minute wait, allow at least 45 minutes.

Just handed in my prescription it cost me $21.24. The last time I handed in my script at Priceline Chemist it cost me $11.95.
You are a Rip off charging so much extra for the exact script. Will never set foot in any of your stores again.

Don't waste your time. Wouldn't treat my dog there. Waited 40 minutes asking at 15 minutes being told they are making it now it's two boxes puffers. After 40 minutes ask for my script back to find out they didn't have it even In stock. Avoid at all costs
