My payment was made 1 month ago (it was a case of my health insurance not mine) and they still kept calling me and I understand that it is their job to collect from debtors, my case was different because the debtor was my health insurance. Anyway, English is not my first language, I explained it in each call and everything was fine until today when Matt, the advisor who contacted me, hung up on me when I told him to be patient with me that English was not my first language and that if I could speak slowly please, to which he replied that when I had someone nearby who spoke English I would call them, it was very derogatory, racist and xenophobic, I called them again and they just kept talking to me harshly and I explained to them that everything had already been paid by my health insurance, to which he whispered that it sounded like a lie. They are not professional or kind and much less do they listen.

Chasing money that isn't owed, they don't respond to emails showing evidence and use robocalls. This is very inconsiderate and I will be involving VCAT for CCS causing stress and anxiety.

I call them today to make the my payment and get the settlement done , avi from them said answered me and talked to me in very arrogant way and keep Lecturing me like my dad !! Don’t know how come someone with this attitude work in call centre

I use CCS as a client and found them to be highly effective and cost efficient. Anyone leaving 1 star reviews are obviously debtors who have been sent to CCS for recovery action. If you are looking for someone to collect your outstanding debts, this is the agency to choose.

CCS present like a scam. Were incredibly rude and threatened me with undetermined “consequences” when I raised my concerns over their authenticity. I suggested they email or postal mail my account to me so I could review what I was supposedly owing and they were unwilling to concede and demanded that I provide them with my personal details by 5pm of that day. Appalling customer service and company presentation. Additionally I had already paid the bill (& it was only $50… they made it sound like it was an enormous sum of money).

Receiving SMS messages from CCS for a bill owed really amounts to fraud - no one will provide details over the phone based on a text message. I asked for the bill to emailed and that was not carried out and instead received further calls. I explained on each of those calls I have no documentation from CCS so I will not provide any personal details over the phone. Again they insisted and did not listen to my concerns around potential fraud at all. Service team need to be taught about service and how to successfully engage and be reminded that many unpaid bills are because they do to the wrong location as did mine.

They have bad relationships and systems with their clients and as a result they harass people for invoices they don't owe. An invoice i paid on the spot at the doctor was dragged out for over half a year because they refused to believe i had paid it. They threatened me over the phone and mail. If you are thinking of using this as your debt collector then don't! You will lose customers over it.
