Comlink runs the most unreliable service that I have ever come across.We are signed up for a domestic clean, once a fortnight for 1.5hrs. So far (over a period of a few months) we have only one person more than once, never had a regular starting time ( yesterday I received a text saying that someone would be here at 7am!!! - they didn’t even turn up) and no one stays for the 1.5 hrs. No one seems to even care. I even went to the office but that has made absolutely no difference. I also expect this review will not even even be read.

Just started new idea fortnightly drop of and pick up to do shopping excellent service drivers amazing even brought groceries inside thank you so much this help was awesome all the drivers are wonderful again thank you to comlink

I’ve been using Comlink Townsville for a number of years due to my health issues. I find from the admin staff to the wonderful drivers everyone is so respectful caring and cheerful. I wouldn’t use anyone else. Thank you
