Dr. Experience was great!
The preparation could improve:
I had my annual check-up. Was told I had to make a separate appointment later that day for a flu shot. Turned out, I didn’t.
Was not told I had to fast before my appointment so blood work could be taken. I had to make another appointment to do so.

When I called in to make my appointment with Dr Cosens I was told that my past x-rays weren't good enough. They told me that we, the office ?, needed to do new x-rays. I was under the idea these would be done in house. When I arrived I was asked "Did you bring your xrays?" I told her no, thought they were being done here! She had somewhat of an attitude! I really don't have a problem with where I need to get my x-rays done, but please have your people clarify where! Sorry I missed this info in the paperwork! Attitude I don't need. Please tell hell sorry about my attitude but this set my results of my appointment back 2 weeks! Kelly Bush
