I rang up and got a cheaper price than on the website, which is great. I had my small family stay one night and it was lovely. The beds were comfy and the room was very clean. The bathroom seemed to be recently renovated so it was nice and modern and clean. Easy check in and out and friendly reception 😊

Tried to stay in Goulburn but everything was booked so we went on to Yass. I phoned the Colonial lodge motor inn on the way and there was 1 room left so we booked direct as it was getting late and we had been on the road all day. Management were so friendly and welcoming.|The room had everything we needed and was very clean. We had a good nights sleep with a comfy bed. Also good size room. John C.

Perfect overnight stay on a long trip. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Great communication from friendly staff and good value. Breakfast for a few dollars more was a bonus as we didn’t have the time to organise anything ourselves or go looking for a place to eat.

This two storey motel is easy to find, well presented, clean and modern. Room size was generous. Bed was firm which we love. |Reception was very helpful and easy to contact so we were able to book direct saving $$|We enjoyed Yass’ history and the walk on the riverbank.

Excellent Room, Very welcoming, owner was very helpful. Room was very clean, and modern. Great shower and comfortable bed . We would definitely stay there again, we only stayed overnight .Nothing was too much trouble. Well situated close to everything.

We received a warm friendly welcome from owners on arrival. Our sparkling clean room and bathroom were well appointed and quiet. A comfy bed and a great shower made our stay enjoyable and our new overnighter on our regular Melb- Syd trips.
