My wife has 3 terminal diseases and Jodie and Andrea are the best receptionists you can get. My wife has to see Dr Ali each week due to this and we are always very welcome and accommodating. Sometimes we have to wait which is very understandable. They are doctors so naturally they are busy. But I would not trade anyone in that surgery for thr world. These 3 people are the best.

Highly recommend! Amazing service by all staff and very detailed. My son had his first dental visit and they made him feel very comfortable and was a very memorable and positive visit for him so I could not thank the staff enough. Great location and beautiful and clean practice, again highly recommend.

Nurse Jodie is absolutely amazing with my kids always making us feel welcome. She is always polite and knows all the patients on a person level. We have never had any problems getting appointments. The Doctors are very helpful and we are not usually left waiting long.

Really horrible service won’t see any new patients even though your a local and have recently moved to the area from 3 hours away what a disgrace expect you go 20 minutes down road pathetic

My daughter and I have visited this centre dozens of times and had a positive experience each time. The staff are friendly and efficient, the appointments have been on time, and the centre is located in a convenient spot. A particular shout out to Jodie and Dr Nafis for being two of the most lovely individuals to deal with...you make visiting an absolute pleasure!

Horrible experiences here
Shared client emails publically when sending political spam to mass numbers of clients without hiding their email addresses from other recipients, total breach of privacy policy and very illegal
Saw a GP and after reviewing me said she wanted to send me to specialist because of a symptom I was showing during the exam. Took time off work to see the specialist and specialist tells me symptom is completely normal for someone my age and nothing to worry about, wasted my time and money having to see her because gp said I needed to get it checked out.
Please go elsewhere!

Update: instead of improving they banned me for this review. Really classy.

Just go somewhere else. Was charged a long consult for a 7 minute appointment because I asked about 2 things. Wait times are terrible and the gps aren't worth your time. Receptionist is unprofessional, rude and unreasonable(if you've been here before you know the one). Prefer to ban people for leaving negative reviews instead of trying to fix the MULTIPLE issues they cause. Just a pathetic excuse for a practice. There's a reason most of the community goes to Goodna or Redbank Plains instead.

NEGATIVE 10 STAR RATING!!!!
Absolutely disgusting, I was refused an appointment after an appointment was booked for me due to leaving a negative google review months ago . The receptionist said the doctor doesn’t want to see me, however if I attend appointments with my partner or children the doctor will speak to me .
I have been going to this surgery for the past 10 years .
I will be reporting this to APRA.
