I have been blessed to have just completed 200 hour YTT with Heba. The opportunity to learn Traditional style Hatha Yoga with this amazing human has been life changing. She has shared so much knowledge and wisdom with us students and my physical and spiritual practice has gone to new heights. Heba's Freedom teachings have also opened me up in ways I've never imagined. To learn what is beyond the mind I hope everyone can one day experience this also. Heba gives honest constructive feedback which I love because we need it for growth and self improvement is so important in my eyes. I am grateful I can continue weekly practice with Heba, because although it can be challenging at times she believes in her students and knows can reach our highest potentia, which brings us so much closer to our true essence. My favourite is meditation at the end of each yoga class, to completely let go and be in the now is something we need in this modern world.
Thank you Heba for bringing this opportunity back to Mildura. I have wanted to it for soooo long and I think it was meant to be. So much love 🧡

THEY ARE COMPLETELY GENUINE AND TRANSPARENT.
Sister Heba and Brother Matt were a God sent gift into my life. They are kne of the most kind people on this people.
At first I was a bit unsure about all of it but after speaking to Sis Heba all of my doubts were cleared.

I have practiced with Heba for 3+ years. I also completed my life changing Teacher Training in 2020 with Heba. Highly recommend hanging out with the Collective Rising team casually on the mat or in one of their courses. Heba is wonderful teacher, she made learning the asanas and philosophy's so interesting. Great vibe such a chilled and welcoming environment.

After completing the Inner Child Course, I can whole-heartedly say that I learned so much in the 9 weeks and it was the best course I have ever done. Heba is a wealth of knowledge and experience. Her lessons were life-changing for me and for the others in the group. She teaches with honesty, trust, intuition and passion.
