My favourite supermarket! The ladies working in the deli are great! Love how they wrap my pancetta! Old mate who overseas the self-service area too, is totally cool. Very ‘West End’ in spirit❤️

The store is a little bit pokey and hard to navigate with all the trolleys and left in the aisles etc however totally I would like to give a massive shout out to JACK who went above and beyond to help me find an item of stock, collect it for me, run me up, offer to help me get the box on my scooter and also as someone who trying to push past me and have their turn, this capable young man stood his ground and really had my back and I really appreciate it! You were friendly, professional, asked questions when you needed to while still remaining confident about stock locations etc
I just wanted to thank you, many people do not seem to see me A LOT at times and you not only helping me out, you really respected me and demanded that respect from other patrons. Coles, this young man deserves a shout out because he is quite exceptional and incredibly respected.

Feel strange like you're always being watched, but it's more thanks then cameras that are in every area and in every check out machine. If they spent money on staff and training the place might be more human.

Huge Selection of Groceries fair priced. Lots of counters to check out. Also a vast variety on vegetables and fresh fruits. Lots of meat options. Friendly staff. Several parking places in front of the store. The area feels a bit shady though with several homeless walking around. Still feels save anyhow.
