I am deeply frustrated with my experiences at Coles. Every time I visit, I feel the eyes of the staff on me, as if I’m being judged for my skin color or the way I dress. It’s uncomfortable and disheartening. When using the self-service checkout, there's always a staff member hovering behind me, watching my every move, yet I notice they don’t seem to do the same with other customers. This kind of behavior is discriminatory, and it’s upsetting to be treated this way. Coles needs to provide better training for their staff on how to address and prevent discrimination. It’s 2025—customers should be able to shop without feeling judged or unwelcome.

I had a great experience at this coles. Ryan who served me was extremly kind and efficent at putting me through the registers. I had a great conversation with him while he put me through and it is an experience I will never forget. 🙌

last week your click and collect shopper "Wendy" rammed her trolley into me, why she was pushing the basket cart without looking out for others safety just baffles me. Those basket trolleys are also why too high. I wasn't happy as I walked away. Today she decided to death stare me. If this is the kind of attitude and behaviour your staff preform with, we will take our money elsewhere.

I had to go through the self scanning which k really hate as I work all day and just want to be helped instead haul out my groceries and go through a self help as there were no tills open. Shame on you Coles, you don't pay me, you take from the farmers, add charges to the consumer and then use photo tech to watch us scan when you should be doing the work for the customer. Not impressed. Yes, you should be serving as you make so much money and still want a nice survey. Not happy and waited to speak to a manager who was too afraid to speak yo a customer who wanted assistance. Shame on you.

Bought the Coles per FORM Moroccan style chicken .
What a crap meal this is !!
The piece of chicken is half the size of my little finger ,what a joke (ripoff) .
Will see if I can get a refund but don't like my chances 😒

Never any registers open. My elderly mum just phoned me and asked if I could come down and help her as her hands are sore from Carpel Tunnel surgery and noone can help her unload her groceries and put them through the checkout. I told her leave the trolly behind and I will meet her at woolies next door. PROBLEM SOLVED. WONT BE BACK
