Queue in our medical centre Marsden park is reached its heights so i had to go for option b rather than waiting for 3 hours to just see doctors. I came here for first time and nurse was so helpful as well as doctor. Im glad that i went here .

Hello, thanks for asking to give the review. I would like to definitely leave one. This afternoon I attended the medical centre. I would like to say that usually I experience good service there. This is about the receptionist working there this afternoon on 26/05/2023. She was not so professional and wasn’t very polite to the customers!! As a customer service representative it’s her job to make people feel welcoming. People go to medical centres because they aren’t well already. And nobody should be dealing with this type of unpleasant behaviour. I would like to discuss in details. Thanks

Excellent experience always, with an ever-friendly staff! Dr.Zenifa Peesa, especially, is very empathetic and caring; her diagnoses have always been accurate and her treatments very reassuring!
She listens attentively, is never in a rush, and educates you about the diagnosis and treatment options. She is also very compassionate, and is up to date with the latest advancements and medical advices in terms of medicines and treatments - we were amazed at how quickly she identified that one of the medicines my mother-in-law had been taking for years is actually an outdated one, and prescribed a better alternative which started yielding results immediately. Indeed a great family practice!

The most unprofessional medical centre I've ever used. Dr Zenifa Peesa is ALWAYS late, often by up to 20+ minutes. Most recently because she was having lunch at a time that she had a booking. The only telehealth booking I had was over 1 hour late! The actual service isn't great either, just Googling for answers without any physical examination. Avoid.
