The baby had a check up a few weeks ago. He was sent home and told to come back if he had a toothache. His tooth ached and the phone call was answered not to come, but to go to the Royal Children's Hospital, and there we were told that why were you sent here, if this is the competence of the clinic, where the tooth was treated before. No words! The child went home with a toothache!!!

Went in for a filling but one week after the procedure, my tooth was hurting where the filling was placed. I went back to get it checked, and they told me there's nothing they can do to help. I'm shocked that they simply do not care about their patients.

Incompetent dentist DANIEL and extremely rude receptionist. Dentist butchered me while trying to do a root canal(student/assistant even told him to give up as my mouth had been open for so long) though he was never able to finish the job he started. He didn’t not rebook, just left one root, that he said he couldn’t get and that I would need to go to a private dentist to finish HIS dodgy job. Not to mention I was charged $30 every visit for multiple visits.
Have called up again to see if there’s another dentist here that’s actually competent enough to do a root canal to which the receptionist has stated ā€œtreatment ended in March so you’ll only be able to get on a wait list for a checkupā€.
A waitlist for over two years for something that’s been an emergency since the day I left the initial appointment with a butchered job, I’ve a huge hole left in my mouth since he could never finish the last canal that’s been infected ever since, they refuse to put a cap/filing in it for the time being also. Royal dental hospital also refused to do anything because ā€œI’m under cohealths care and was never provided with a care plan or X-rays for the work done by the dentistā€ so no other public dentist can take over without me forking out even more money just to get X-rays so my private dentist can see what work has been done. Now I have to pay thousands to go private to have the tooth completely removed as DANIEL has ruined any chance of trying to save the tooth. Have reported this incident to ACCC , DH, AHPRA & DHSV, as people shouldn’t be left to pay even more money for dodgy public jobs to be fixed privately.
TRUELY INCOMPETENT ON EVERY LEVEL, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The dentist here was extremely unprofessional and rude. From her fake tone of voice , the way she looks at you with a straight face, and her urge to hurry you out of a room having no respect for you. It's so easy to talk to people nicely and explain what they need for you so you can comply, instead , she used her position to speak to me in a degrading , unprofessional matter.

Stay away. My wife came here and the dentist told her she needed a root canal on her front tooth so they did that . He found that they needed to take the nerve out of my wife's front tooth . She asked if her front tooth would fall out or discolor in future . He lied and he said no it won't fall out or discolor . One week later it was discolored to a blue tinge and also is going to fall soon. My wife is very dissapointed in this clinic please people stay away . They will wreck your teeth and you will pay thousands to fix it in private dental .

Incredibly rude, unhelpful and shocking to deal with, whilst trying to explain what my situation was the woman cut me off demanding me to let her speak when I was in the middle of talking. No sense of customer care of consideration. This service is the worst. Don't bother ever dealing with them if you're fortunate enough to not need to. I am sorry to anyone who has to.

Staff there are just incredibly unfriendly and rude, always looking at you in a nasty look. I felt humiliated always to attend their services. So I change to other community clinics. If you do not get to see them, you are lucky.
