I was taken a back when the doctor while on consultation said, "I have other patients waiting." There no quality time, obviously he wanted to get over the session. My blood pressure was taken and noted. In medical practice at least should have some reassurance, most of the time the physician focused the computer going through the records. At least a cardiac auscultation could have been done since I have hypertension. Or is physical examination is a thing of the past? That everything is reliant on ancillary procedures. Where is the art of medical practice?

Great experience at CoHealth Dental today, for a tooth extraction for our 8year old.

Dentist went the extra mile to engage ensure our child was comfortable.

Traumatised from this practice.. delayed review but never to late for feedback/complaint.Since walking in the doors I was yelled at when asking to book an appointment , receptionist made me cry! I spoke to the manager and she said she had a bad day. Now some of the dentists! No empathy or professionalism as soon as I opened my mouth the dentist Priyanka Indian dentist laughed and said I need to brush all my teeth. Made me feel awful and self conscious. Another dentist was really aggressive and they don’t leave file notes. People should be treated the same as if they were seeing a private dentist, they are people not animals. I feel sorry for anyone that has to come here because of their financial circumstances and is subjected to this sort of treatment.

14 days wait to see a doctor no good enough. What if I need medical attention today infection and need antibiotics I have to wait 2 weeks? What if I took a day of work due to illness and wanted to see doctor - not possible with cohealth they need more doctors.

I have seen a doctor at the co-health Kensington for years. I really like to come here but the thing is because I’m a Medicare holderI have to pay. But for regular patient it is not fair to pay for 15 minutes $66 and 30 minutes $105 imagine if you need to talk to your doctor for an hour🙄whatever after that they put me on waiting for 16 days to see the doctor, I’m in pain I’m sick, but my pain is not also that take me to Emergency., why I’m waiting this much After I did the payment. Not fair.

Unfortunately, I had a second consultation with dr Laheny Female Sri Lankan doctor Who showed her No compassion side yet again I thought I would give her another opportunity thinking that she may have just had a bad day when I initially saw he, However on this visit she was rude abrupt no Warmth no Peoples skills looks like she just wants to hurry you up and get you out ,Obviously this doctor is more concerned about how much she makes per hour then actual caring for her patients Has no idea how to connect with people how to make people feel comfortable and appreciated rather sees them as cash flow A typical arrogant Doctor Who has no idea about Functional medicine she’s all based on medical model and has not got the appropriate training to deal with people stay away or seek alternative doctors 👎

The lady at the desk is an absolute pain. I called more than one time. Was very nice to her. She was nothing but pain. I wanted to break my phone.
